Community Healthy Minds Foundation (COHEM Foundation) is an apolitical and non-denominational non-governmental organization, established on February 16, 2026, in Łódź. Our founder is Anna Wyszogrodzka-Kucharska.

We believe that helping others should know no borders—neither geographic nor social. As an organization with full legal personality, we operate under the supervision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which commits us to maintaining the highest standards of transparency and integrity. Our work focuses on building bridges of support between Poland and communities in Malawi, with a special emphasis on protecting the dignity and health of the most vulnerable.
